Coyful Refund and Returns Policy

Coyful maintains strict hygiene and product integrity standards. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Coyful only accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Hairbrushes and combs
  • Cosmetics
  • Rare Legacy Cosmetic products
  • Opened or used personal care items

Returnable items are subject to an $18 restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged in transit.

To request a return, email patricia@coyful.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Coyful reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a $18.00 restocking fee per order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Combs
  • Cosmetics
  • Skincare
  • Hand creams
  • Body care
  • Perfume
  • Personal care
  • Hygiene items
  • Tea and ingestible products
  • First aid products

These items are final sale due to hygiene standards.

Return-Eligible Categories

The following categories may be returned within 14 days of delivery:

  • Cosmetic bags
  • Travel toiletry bags
  • Organizers
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Beauty accessories

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Item must be in resaleable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refund Processing

Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Shipping

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Coyful is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
